International Trade Ordering Process:

1. Inquiry: Sending the detailed information about your products to EASTHV EXP by email or online order system. The documents include Quantity, Requested Quality, Purpose of Use, and etc… After receiving your inquiry, a service assistant will be assigned to you.
2. Quotation: EASTHV EXP usually takes 3 working days to give you the quotation of your requested products. If it is non-standard products, you will receive quotation maximum within 5 working days.
3. Sampling: If the quotation is acceptable for you, then according to your request, we will make samples to you and deliver it to you by DHL.
4. Contact: After confirming the sample, the contract and production confirmation will be signed by both parties.
5. Advance Payment: Usually 30% of total payment needs to be paid in this step. Please see our Payment Process.
6. Production Schedule: According to your request, EASTHV EXP will send you the production schedule.
7. Shipping: Freight forwarder can be appointed by Clients or EASTHV EXP according to delivery method.
8. Final Payment: sending original documents meanwhile receiving the final payment from clients.

IT Development Ordering Process:

1. Inquiry: Client sends requirements of project to EASTHV TECH by email or online order system.
2. Project Evaluation: EASTHV TECH will take initial evaluation of you requirements within 1 working day.
3. Quotation: Client will receive quotation from EASTHV TECH’ service assistant.
4. Contract: After confirming the final requirements with client, the contract and production confirmation will be signed by both parties.
5. Advance Payment: Usually 20% of total payment needs to be paid in this step. Please see our Payment Process.
6. Weekly Report: Client will receive weekly report from EASTHV TECH in order to communicate with clients and find out the problem during the programming.
7. Interim Payment: Usually another 20% of total payment needs to be paid in this step.
8. Client Acceptance: After programming, the final DEMO of program will be sent to client for confirmation.
9. Final Payment: sending original documents and codes meanwhile receiving the final payment from clients.
